I’ve partnered with National Forests on their #ItsAllYours campaign this summer to share my love of the national forests with you!

So instead of just showing you photos of me in the national forests on my IG, I thought it would be even more fun to show you in person!

On Saturday, July 13th 2019 at 9 am we will meet at a trailhead in the Mt. Hood National Forest (I will send the exact trail head to the 22 people who RSVP).

We will start off the event by talking about what Forest Bathing is and some info about the National Forests then hand out goodie bags before we start walking! We will stop part way through the hike to do a few yoga stretches and talk about some preventative poses and stretches that will help you avoid injury then keep on moving through the hike!

The event will last about 2-3 hours and is completely FREE! All you need is a National Forest Pass for parking :)

TO RSVP: Email me at and wait for a response. Your place isn’t secure until I respond. I will also send you directions to the location as well as a little packing list and more info about the event!
